Job Description Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution, and delivery across multiple projects and releases. • Manage and mentor QA teams comprising both Manual and Automation Test Engineers. • Drive quality engineering initiatives across Web, API, and Mobile testing platforms. • Collaborate with Business, Product, Development, and Delivery stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are achieved. • Own and manage test environments, test data, defect management, and release readiness processes. • Provide quality metrics, risk assessments, and executive-level status reports. • Drive test automation adoption and CI/CD integration to enhance efficiency and test coverage. • Lead resource planning, performance management, capability development, and team growth initiatives. • Ensure adherence to QA best practices, governance standards, and continuous improvement programs. Required Skills • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect management processes. • Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Tosca, RestAssured, and Java. • Experience in Web UI, API, and Mobile Testing. • Expertise in Test Environment Management, Test Data Management, and CI/CD pipelines. • Proven experience in stakeholder management, people management, and delivery leadership. • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments.
