Key Responsibilities • Deliver classroom and online training sessions in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. • Prepare session plans, training materials, assessments, and practical activities as per curriculum guidelines. • Train students on banking operations, insurance products, financial services, customer handling, sales, and digital banking concepts. • Conduct interactive learning sessions including role plays, case studies, mock interviews, and presentations. • Ensure student attendance, participation, discipline, and learning outcomes. • Conduct pre-assessments and post-assessments to track student progress. • Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and placement readiness support to students. • Maintain attendance records, MIS reports, assessments, feedback forms, and training documentation. • Coordinate with placement and mobilization teams for student enrollment and job opportunities. • Support field activities, community outreach, mobilization drives, counselling sessions, and awareness campaigns for student enrollment. • Support center activities and parent counseling whenever required. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector. • Good understanding of banking products, insurance, KYC, customer service, and sales processes. • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. • Good command of MS Office and digital learning tools. • Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities. • Ability to motivate and mentor youth for employment opportunities. • Knowledge of BFSI certifications like NISM/NCFM will be an added advantage.
