Our product portfolio includes RF Components, Electro-Mechanical Components, Passive Components, Power Modules, Interconnect Components, Wireless Products, Clocking & Timing Solutions and Embedded Solutions. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive product promotion, business development, OEM relationships and revenue growth for Clocking & Timing Solutions / Embedded Solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and key customers. • Drive product-line targets and GP$ achievement. • Work closely with FAE and Sales teams for product promotion and business development. • Act as an interface between OEMs, customers, Sales and Technical teams. • Mentor and support FAEs on Products and Market Promotion. • Generate new business opportunities across new products and market segments. • Drive major quotations, tenders and PO conversions. • Work with OEMs on pricing, margins, inventory, forecasts and commercial negotiations. • Identify transfer business opportunities from competitors and EMS/TAM-to-DTM conversions. • Develop opportunities for complementary and supplementary product lines. • Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Warehouse and Finance teams. • Support supplier forecasting and inventory planning. • Travel 40–60% as required. Key Skills • 5–10 years of experience in Product Marketing / Product Management / Business Development. • Proven experience handling large OEM accounts. • Strong understanding of Clocking & Timing / Embedded Solutions is preferred. • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. • Ability to independently manage customer/OEM relationships and b • usiness opportunities. • Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM/ERP tools.
