This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in keeping a clean, organized, and safe workspace while ensuring every detail is right.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, organized, and committed to producing high-quality work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead by Example: Guide, support, and train production employees while promoting teamwork, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Ensure work areas, equipment, tools, and materials are kept clean, orderly, and properly maintained.
• Focus on Quality and Detail: Perform regular quality checks throughout fabrication and assembly to ensure glass products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Handle Materials with Care: Promote proper handling, movement, and storage of glass and other materials to prevent damage, defects, and safety hazards.
• Meet Production Goals: Help coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules, maintain workflow, and fulfill customer delivery commitments.
• Maintain Accurate Documentation: Ensure production records, quality checks, and required paperwork are completed accurately, consistently, and on time.
• Promote Workplace Safety: Monitor safe work practices, reinforce company policies, and ensure employees follow established procedures when handling glass, operating equipment, and performing production tasks.
• Communicate Effectively: Keep the Production Supervisor informed of production delays, quality concerns, material shortages, equipment issues, and safety risks.
• Support Production Planning: Assist with work assignments, staffing needs, scheduling, and coordination of daily production priorities.
• Monitor Materials and Supplies: Ensure necessary materials and consumables are available and communicate replenishment needs.
• Train and Develop Employees: Provide hands-on training, reinforce proper work procedures, and monitor employee progress.
• Identify and Solve Problems: Recognize issues, investigate potential causes, and take appropriate action to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Support Continuous Improvement: Participate in 5S, lean manufacturing, and other initiatives that improve cleanliness, organization, safety, and workflow.
• Support Company Goals: Understand and contribute to AROW Global's Business System policies, objectives, and quality standards.
This list of responsibilities is not all-inclusive. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

• Highly organized with a consistent approach to keeping work areas, tools, equipment, and materials clean and orderly.
• Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to take initiative, stay on task, and follow through without constant supervision.
• Quality-minded, with pride in producing accurate, consistent, and defect-free work.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, work procedures, safety requirements, and production specifications.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees and supervisors.
• Basic reading and comprehension skills, with the ability to complete production documentation accurately.
