Join Empowered Milestones and make a meaningful impact supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a community-based day program. What You’ll Do: • Provide 1:1 support to a participant throughout the day • Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, mobility) • Support participation in community outings (parks, stores, libraries) • Implement behavior support plans and redirect as needed • Ensure safety, engagement, and well-being at all times • Provide transportation to support the participant What We’re Looking For: • 18+ years old • Patient, dependable, and compassionate • Strong communication skills • Experience in caregiving or behavioral support (preferred, not required) • Comfortable working independently in the community • Able to pass background check & Live Scan Perks & Benefits (Full-Time): • $19.00 per hour • Accrued sick time • Mileage reimbursement • Team support, mentorship, and career growth opportunities Make a difference every day—apply now!
