Site is cleaned 5 days per week, Monday thru Saturday, 1 hour of work, after 2:30 PM. Minimum Qualifications: • Must be authorized to work in the United States • High school diploma or equivalent. • Reliable Transportation Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): • Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles. • Floor care experience & Floor care machine knowledge a plus • Window cleaning experience a plus Responsibilities can include but are not limited to: • Bathrooms cleaned • Floors swept and mopped throughout • Trash collected and removed from each office and space • Counters/desks wiped All cleaning supplies provided onsite Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift 10+ pounds regularly • Bend, stretch, twist, reach above head, squat, walk and stand for extended periods of time • Climb stairs Skills: The required skills for this position, such as janitorial duties and floor care, are essential for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
