Requirements The ideal candidate must possess: • Ability to read, speak, and understand English sufficiently to provide clear Guest service, follow safety procedures, and perform job responsibilities. • 1 year of kitchen experience in a managerial role • Passionate about the hospitality industry and focused on creating amazing guest experiences • High level of business acumen and common sense • Computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, POS, etc.) • Must possess strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading, and writing • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age • Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required
