POSITION OVERVIEW • Help develop and lead a growing orthopedic and regenerative rehabilitation program while maintaining the autonomy to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care • Privately owned, patient-focused practice offering extended one-on-one treatment sessions • Cash-based environment that lets clinicians focus on outcomes rather than insurance limitations • Ideal for a physical therapist passionate about orthopedics who enjoys working with active individuals and wants to build a specialty program from the ground up WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT • True one-on-one patient care with approximately 7–8 patients per day • Cash-based practice focused on clinical excellence rather than insurance requirements • Opportunity to shape and grow a specialized service line • Training provided in regenerative therapies, including shockwave treatment • Collaborative, supportive team that values professional development and mentorship • Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities • Flexible full-time schedule with work-life balance in mind • Limited relocation assistance available SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL • Full-time preferred, 4–5 days per week • Some flexibility available for the right candidate • Occasional evening or weekend community events • Approximately 7–8 patients per day in one-on-one sessions • On-site, cash-based outpatient practice CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and lead the orthopedic and regenerative rehabilitation service line • Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based orthopedic techniques, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and return-to-activity programming • Help establish clinical protocols and best practices for regenerative therapies, including shockwave treatment, while contributing to future program growth • Mentor support staff and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes • Build relationships within the community through educational events, networking, and referral development • Maintain accurate electronic documentation with minimal administrative burden COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Competitive base salary, depending on experience • Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to practice growth and patient retention • Limited relocation assistance • Training provided in regenerative therapies • Professional development and mentorship Requirements • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree REQUIRED • Current Iowa Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure REQUIRED • 3 years of experience REQUIRED • Experience treating orthopedic conditions, with confidence in return-to-activity or return-to-sport rehabilitation REQUIRED • Interest in regenerative therapies such as shockwave treatment; training will be provided • Strong orthopedic background and enjoyment treating active adults • Desire to take ownership of a program, lead, collaborate, and keep learning
