You’ll work to ensure productivity, quality, safety, and customer service expectations are consistently met. Requirements Requirements • Extreme Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift, push, pull, load, and unload 50+ pound boxes consistently for 8 to 10+ hours a day. • Environment: Ability to work comfortably in a non-climate controlled warehouse (hot in the summer, cold in the winter). • Work Ethic: Must be a proven hard worker with a "can-do" attitude who thrives on physical labor. • Reliability: Excellent attendance record is non-negotiable. You must have reliable transportation to ensure you hit your shifts. • Experience: Prior warehouse loading/unloading, construction, landscaping, or lumper experience is a plus, but not required if you have the right physical drive and stamina. • Must undergo a background check • Must be able to pass a drug test
