• Role: ServiceNow Senior Developer • Experience: 5–6 Years • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory; Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred • Work Focus: ServiceNow Development, Integrations, Automation, Platform Customization • Modules Exposure: ITSM, CMDB, GRC Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices. • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Script Includes. • Build custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio. • Develop and maintain REST, SOAP, API, and MID Server integrations with enterprise platforms. • Implement end-to-end automation and orchestration solutions using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. • Optimize integrations, workflows, and platform performance for scalability and efficiency. • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, development, and delivery. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and integration architecture. Skills Must-Have Skills • 5–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. • Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform customization and application development. • Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, MID Server, and third-party integrations. • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Orchestration, and automation frameworks. • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting. • Experience working with at least 2–3 ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM, or Employee Center. • Ability to design secure, scalable, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions. Good-to-Have Skills • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). • Additional ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IntegrationHub, etc.). • Experience integrating with Azure, AWS, SAP, Salesforce, or similar platforms. • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git/version control systems. • Exposure to enterprise automation and digital transformation initiatives.
