Build a Career. Develop Leadership. Make a Difference. At The Violand Agency, we're not looking for someone to simply fill a position, we're looking for someone who wants to build a career. Whether you're coming from sales, athletics, customer service, hospitality, or another people-focused career, we're looking for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and ready to grow into leadership. You won't be thrown into a role and expected to figure it out on your own. You'll work directly with experienced leaders who will train and mentor you while you learn our business from the ground up. If you've ever felt like your current job limits your income or your opportunity to advance, this may be exactly what you're looking for. What You'll Be Doing Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include: • Meeting with local business owners and their employees • Helping clients understand and enroll in valuable supplemental benefits • Building relationships with new and existing clients • Learning how to recruit, train, and mentor future team members • Developing leadership skills through hands-on coaching • Tracking your progress and setting goals for continued growth As you grow, you'll have the opportunity to move into leadership and eventually build a team of your own. What We're Looking For We're less concerned with what you've done and more interested in who you are. You'll do well here if you're: • Driven and motivated to succeed • Coachable and open to feedback • Comfortable talking with people • Competitive with yourself and others • Reliable and dependable • Looking for a long-term career instead of just another job • Excited about giving back to the local community Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but it isn't required. Requirements: • Reliable transportation • Ability to pass a background check What You'll Receive ✔ Average first-year earnings of $75,000–$95,000 ✔ Weekly performance bonuses ✔ Retirement program ✔ Company benefits ✔ Industry-leading training ✔ Personal mentorship from experienced leaders ✔ Advancement based on performance—not seniority Why The Violand Agency? We're proud to represent a company that's been protecting families for more than 125 years, but what really sets us apart is our people. Our office is competitive, positive, and family-oriented. We celebrate wins together, push each other to improve, and genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. We believe in working hard, having fun, giving back to our community, and creating opportunities for people who are willing to earn them. There are no limits on what you can accomplish here. Your growth, income, and career path are determined by your effort, not by waiting for someone else to move out of the way. If you're looking for a career with real opportunity and a team that will invest in your success, we'd love to meet you. Main Office Location 2803 W. Busch Blvd. Tampa, Fl. 33618
