Through licensing preparation, job shadowing, hands-on assignments, and mentoring, you’ll learn how insurance professionals build relationships, support clients, identify appropriate business opportunities, and help protect what matters most. • Shadow professionals across the agency to understand sales, service, operations, client experience, and risk-management workflows.
• Practice professional telephone, email, meeting, and business-writing etiquette.
• Learn privacy, confidentiality, and information-security expectations for handling sensitive client and company information.
• Explore how to identify ideal clients, make thoughtful business decisions, and build a sustainable book of business.
• Learn how Production Agents develop professional relationships, networks, and centers of influence.
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and scheduling or booking tools to communicate, collaborate, and manage work.
• Strengthen time-management, prioritization, organization, and efficiency skills.
• Build professional confidence through preparation, accountability, sound judgment, receptiveness to feedback, and Dress for Your Day expectations.
• Assist with workflow support, projects, and other duties that contribute to team and agency goals.
