Responsibilities: • Work with stakeholders across all business units to scope and build a variety of reports and analytics solutions • Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting and creating new features for our ERP system • Contribute to full-stack software development across a range of different applications • Maintain documentation of development progress, incoming issues, tickets or features • Collaborate with other business systems and IT helpdesk team members to solve complex issues • Communicate with business stakeholders to gather feedback, understand current processes and generate new projects for the business systems team Skills & Qualifications: • 0-3 years of relevant IT/Software Development experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience • Knowledge of SQL and software languages (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) – C#/Java is not required but is a plus • Experience working in a team environment on software projects • Must be able to communicate clearly via telephone and email and display strong listening skills to understand issues and needs • Strong organizational skills related to logging issues and needs Weimer Bearing offers a generous compensation and benefits package, including a lucrative PROFIT SHARING program.
