Description Location: Findlay, OH Salary: $92,000–$97,000 per year Bonus: Up to 10% Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Job Summary A confidential warehouse operation in Findlay, OH is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, manage team performance, improve processes, and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient service. This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on warehouse leader with experience in warehouse management, shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, safety, labor planning, and team leadership. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading the operation, developing team members, driving key performance indicators, and partnering with leadership and customer contacts to support operational success. Requirements Responsibilities • Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put away, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and customer support • Supervise, coach, train, and develop warehouse supervisors, team leads, and hourly team members • Create a safe, organized, and accountable work environment • Manage labor planning, workflow, productivity, quality, safety, and inventory accuracy • Track and improve key performance indicators related to service, cost, productivity, safety, and inventory • Conduct process reviews, time studies, audits, and root cause analysis • Develop and implement action plans to improve operational performance • Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, audits, system discipline, and corrective actions • Partner with customer contacts and company leadership to resolve issues and improve service • Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, material flow, and equipment usage • Maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and training processes • Support operational reporting, invoicing, labor planning, and administrative requirements Requirements • 5+ years of warehouse management experience required • Experience leading teams in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or 3PL environment • Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse safety • Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office • Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvement plans • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification • Ability to work on-site in Findlay, OH Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related field • Experience in a 3PL, customer-facing warehouse, manufacturing support, or distribution environment • Experience with lean, continuous improvement, time studies, process audits, or root cause analysis Pay and Benefits • Salary range: $92,000–$97,000 per year • Bonus opportunity up to 10% • 401(k) matching • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Employee assistance program • Paid time off • Professional development and career growth opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer We consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to protected status.
