Requirements Requirements: • Current MA certification in the state of WA is preferred, but not required. • High school diploma or GED equivalent. • Two or more years of medical office experience is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in general office duties and contracted insurance plans. • Excellent data entry, verbal, and written communication skills. • Strong telephone and customer service skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and EMR software. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA policies.
