What You'll Do • Lead the design and architecture of complex enterprise solutions that align with business objectives and long-term technology strategy. • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand business processes and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Influence enterprise architecture decisions and establish best practices, standards, and reference architectures. • Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and identifying opportunities to create measurable business value. • Facilitate architecture reviews, design workshops, and technology roadmaps with business and technical teams. • Mentor development and technology teams on modern architecture principles, integration strategies, and engineering best practices. • Ensure solutions are aligned with security, performance, scalability, and governance standards. • Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and operations teams to successfully deliver strategic technology initiatives. • Champion continuous improvement efforts that streamline business processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational costs. • Stay current on industry trends, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, AI, data platforms, and digital transformation strategies. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Applications, or related roles. • Broad technical expertise across multiple technology domains, including: Enterprise Applications / ERPSoftware DevelopmentCloud InfrastructureSystems IntegrationSecurity & OperationsData & Analytics Platforms • Experience working with enterprise technology vendors and software providers. • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences. • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex technology solutions. • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Experience with Oracle EBS or comparable ERP platforms.
