What We're Looking For: • Experience: 1+ year of HVAC installation experience, or completion of an HVAC training program. • Certifications: EPA certification is required (or ready to obtain within 3 months). • Expertise: A working knowledge of residential HVAC systems and a willingness to learn ductwork, brazing, and control wiring under guidance. • Mindset: You're a Solutions Driven team player who takes coaching well and shows up ready to learn. • Dependability: You're a proactive, safe, and organized worker who maintains your vehicle and tools with pride.
