Requirements Responsibilities: • Clean Restaurant /Bar Area to like new condition during and after every shift • Remove plates, glassware, silverware, and garbage from tables/Bar top • Restock ice (on nights where you have a barback this will be their responsibility) • Sweep floors (on nights where you have a barback this will be their responsibility) • Mop floors (on nights where you have a barback this will be their responsibility) • Perform other restaurant duties as assigned (i.e., Run food, run drinks, help teammates, restroom checks, take inventory, etc.) • Interact with guests professionally • Light cleaning • Complete Knowledge of Bar Standards, Expectations, and Recipes • Consistency • Competency - Product knowledge is paramount.
