Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM day shift hours. On call rotation is 1 week every 4 weeks. Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available! What we are offering: • Base compensation starting at $21 to 25 per hour • Up to Quarterly bonuses totaling $3k/yr • On-call Bonus (Whether you are called out or not!) • Annual raises • 401k planning with up to a $4,000 annual match • Under $50.00 /Month medical insurance through Blue Cross for employees • Dental Insurance (no cost to you!) • Life Insurance (no cost to you!) • Vision and Disability Insurance • 9 Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off, 1stYear = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours • Up to $1,200 monthly rent discount (Terms & conditions apply) • Work pant reimbursement program • Tool reimbursement program, up to $500 annually • Work boot reimbursement program • Paid additional training/school • Tuition reimbursement program • Yearly anniversary gifts What you need: • Valid driver's license required • EPA Certification preferred • Appliance repair skills preferred • Plumbing skills • Multifamily experience preferred, but all maintenance professionals are encouraged to apply What Our Maintenance Technicians Will Do: • Ensure all assigned work orders are completed in a timely manner. • This position will focus on HVAC related work orders including: • Diagnosing and repairing common HVAC issues • Detecting and soldering refrigerant leaks • Recharging freon gas • Changing failing compressors and blower motors • Replacing limit switches & fuses • Other common HVAC problems. • Performing basic preventative maintenance including filer changes and coil cleanings • Depending on work load non-HVAC repairs may include: • Plumbing • Electrical • Appliances • Some unit turn maintenance and cleaning may also be required at times. • Must participate in a monthly rotation of a 24/7 on call emergency cell phone (1 week every 4 weeks) • Snow removal (when needed during the winter season). You will be asked to complete a written skills maintenance test to help assess your skill level as part of the interview process.
