Compensation • $15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities • Accurately track, monitor, and organize all vehicles on the lot • Maintain up-to-date digital records using dealership management software • Arrange vehicles on the lot for optimal presentation and accessibility • Conduct regular inventory audits and patrols to verify vehicle locations and resolve discrepancies • Move vehicles in and out of service, and coordinate vehicle transport within the lot and to/from service areas • Distribute supplies and materials to support dealership operations • Ensure the lot is clean, safe, and well-maintained, including weather-related tasks • Oversee vehicle cleaning and detailing to maintain showroom standards • Assist sales and service departments as needed • Oversee and support Lot Attendants (sales, service, or both, depending on dealership size) • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications • 1+ years of experience in an automotive lot, inventory, or dealership role preferred • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods • Proficient with computers; experience with inventory or dealership software is a plus • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong leadership skills to oversee Lot Attendants (sales, service, or both) • Excellent communication skills • Self-starter with the ability to work well as part of a team or independently • Positive attitude and can-do mentality Benefits Eligible team members may receive: • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match • Paid Time Off • Life Insurance • Employee Assistance Program • Daily Pay Options • Employee Discounts on Vehicles, Parts, and Service • Ongoing Training and Professional Development • Career Advancement Opportunities Throughout Kunes Auto Grou Join the Kunes Team If you’re looking for a career with professional growth and a company that invests in its people, we’d love to meet you.
