MRC Cornerstone is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to work in our Memory Support Unit from 7:00pm-7:00am Resident Care Assistants administer the care of residents under the supervision of licensed staff and assists professional nursing staff by performing routine tasks in the care of residents, helping them adapt to changes that may occur due to illness and normal processes of aging. Uses one-on-one and group relationships to facilitate participation in activities, support interest, develop and sustain capacities and adaptive skills of residents. Leads and coordinates various types of activities and programs for the residents. Assists in the development and implementation of care plans.
