Job Details: Job Location: Lee Canyon Resort - Las Vegas, NV, Position Type: Seasonal, Salary Range: Undisclosed,   Position Summary   The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards by washing dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. This role supports kitchen operations by ensuring a continuous supply of clean items, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting with general kitchen cleaning duties.   Duties & Responsibilities   Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently. Sort, stack, and properly store clean dishes and kitchen supplies. Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, work areas, and dish stations. Empty trash and recycling containers and maintain waste disposal areas. Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries when needed. Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning chemicals and dishwashing products. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Support kitchen staff with cleaning and organizational tasks as assigned. Assist with opening, closing, and deep-cleaning duties.  Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications:   Qualifications   Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.     Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds. Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time. Must possess or be able to obtain an SNHD Health Card.
