Basic skill requirements will include knowledge, experience, and a desire to learn software development and software testing. Candidate must be able to work within a team environment under supervision from senior software engineers. This position will be based out of Valley Forge, PA. This position requires a candidate with strong problem-solving skills focused on software development and integration in support of the UnitedStates Air Force's Operational Real-time Combat Analysis (ORCA) and JASSM Enterprise Management System (JEMS) programs. The candidate will be working on an agile development team and will be responsible for supporting elements of the design/development effort. The candidate should be a well-rounded software developer with broad experience, but with a focused interest and demonstrable skills in web application design, development, and test. The candidate will be involved in the coordination and task execution of a tiered web application development including GUI prototyping, external web service integration, development of new web services, design/development of logic layer, SQL DB integration, and IIS hosting. The candidate will require strong technical writing skills and an understanding of system and software engineering principles. The candidate will be involved in the continued design and development of data management and visualization solutions, from requirements development and planning through full implementation, test & integration, deployment and O&M. Candidate must be able to work within a team environment.
