What You'll Do Lead the Floor: Own your shifts, stay hands-on, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Build Great Teams: Support hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members and frontline managers. Drive Operations: Maintain Q39 standards for food quality, service, sanitation, safety, and daily execution. Deliver Results: Partner with the GM to manage restaurant financials, control costs, and drive profitability. What We're Looking For 3+ years of management experience, including supervising other managers. Experience managing a full bar program in a full-service restaurant. Ability to understand and manage P&L responsibilities in partnership with the GM. Proven ability to coach leaders, develop talent, and build strong teams.
