Job Details: Job Location: MCRM St. Louis - Chesterfield, MO, Salary Range: Undisclosed, About MCRM Fertility
At MCRM Fertility, we're more than a fertility clinic, we're a compassionate partner in our patients' journeys toward parenthood. As a leader in reproductive medicine, we combine cutting-edge science with personalized, patient-centered care to deliver exceptional outcomes and experiences. We're growing and looking for dedicated, empathetic professionals to join our team and help transform lives every day.
The Role
The Patient Services Representative is the first face our patients see and the first voice they hear, and that moment matters more than most. This is a full-time position based out of our St. Louis, MO location. We are looking for someone who brings professionalism to patient-facing work and understands that in a fertility clinic, warmth and composure are not just nice to have, they are part of the care.
Schedule
This position is full-time, at 40 hours per week, working 7:30 am-4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend coverage (about once per month).
If you have been looking for meaningful, professional work that fits around your life without sacrificing a predictable routine, this role was built for that.
What You’ll Do
You will be a key part of the patient experience at our Tulsa clinic: keeping things moving, keeping patients informed, and keeping the front desk running with care and precision.
Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Collect service payments and reconcile daily transactions
Manage incoming calls and route them accurately to the right teams, prioritizing by urgency
Guide patients through clinic policies and assist with required forms
Verify and document insurance benefits and coverage in patient charts
Log all interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
Coordinate with care teams on schedule changes and patient flow
Handle filing, scanning, and faxing to support clinic operations
Uphold HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality
What We’re Looking For
This role requires a specific kind of professionalism. Our patients are navigating one of the most emotionally complex experiences of their lives. We need someone who can stay calm and composed under that weight.
Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service in a professional setting; healthcare or clinical front desk experience is a plus but not required
Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly valued
Comfort managing competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment
The ability to make patients feel heard and at ease, even when they are stressed or scared
Proficiency with EHR systems or a demonstrated ability to learn software quickly
Familiarity with insurance verification and clinic procedures is a plus; we provide training
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Join Us
At MCRM Fertility, your people skills have real stakes and real rewards. You will work alongside a mission-driven team in a growing field, doing work that matters to the patients who walk through our doors. We offer competitive compensation and a culture that takes both clinical excellence and human connection seriously.
If you are ready to put your service experience to its most meaningful use, we would love to hear from you.
