Kennedy International Airport!   We’re looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing a team, delivering great guest service, and keeping operations running smoothly in a busy airport environment.   What you’ll do   Support the General Manager with daily operations while maintaining Starbucks beverage, food, and service standards. Lead shifts and keep the team organized during peak travel periods. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and employee coaching. Monitor inventory, ordering, cash handling, and labor to support business goals. Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally. Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and airport security requirements. Create a positive workplace where team members feel supported and understand expectations. Oversee store operations in the General Manager’s absence.   What you’ll need   At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a coffee shop, restaurant, or high-volume food service setting. Starbucks experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills. Experience training employees and supporting daily operational goals.
