Preparation of Food and Beverage for guests. Interacts with the restaurant guests, fellow team members, and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: • Provide warm hospitality to all guests. Provide prompt, efficient and timely customer service within a fast-paced environment, with speed and precision being a top priority • Take accurate orders from guests in the queue. Prepare and serve food and beverage items. Present bills for payment and process transactions • Have an in-depth knowledge of the ingredients and how to serve the food and beverage items, to enable you to answer guests’ and coworkers’ questions with confidence • Perform opening, closing and running side work daily • Clean & sanitize all surfaces, equipment, and workstations as necessary or on a schedule set by management • Organize Food and Beverage display and counter areas to standard and restock all items to meet minimum stocking levels • Work as a team with other Concessions Attendants, Server Assistants and Food Runners to provide the best service • Transportation of equipment using hand trucks, dollies, or other moving equipment • Load and unload equipment to designated areas as required • Navigate equipment through tight spaces and around obstacles safely • Assist in the setup and installation of equipment to follow destination layouts • Follow specific instructions for proper placement and configuration • Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: • Tao Group Hospitality in-venue Concession and Bar Attendant training EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE: • Minimum 1 year customer service experience or equivalent related Tao Group Hospitality experience required • Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge SKILLS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT / SCHEDULE The work environment characteristics and/or physical demands described here are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
