Plans, supervises, and evaluates the delivery of nursing care, the performance of assigned staff, and unit management 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, for designated clinical area(s). Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing • Upon hire: New Mexico Registered Nurse License • Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association • 3 years of professional nursing experience • 2 years of clinical experience in a specific clinical area Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Nursing • Upon hire: ACLS and/or PALS • Upon hire: Specialty certification related to practice • 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience Why Join Providence?
