Ideal Profile: • 8-10 years of experience in Banking, Credit Union, or Financial Services analytics, marketing, or consulting. • Strong business and domain expertise across lending, deposits, customer acquisition, portfolio growth, campaign strategy, or financial services operations. • Proven experience leading analytics, consulting, or strategy teams and managing large cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated success in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and executive-level engagement. • Strong delivery management capabilities with ownership of project execution, resource planning, risk management, and quality assurance. • Ability to translate business challenges into actionable analytics, marketing, or growth strategies while driving measurable outcomes. • Experience working with global clients and managing distributed teams with regular overlap across U.S. time zones, particularly PST. • Strong people leadership skills with experience in coaching, talent development, hiring, and team growth.
