You will work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to create a cutting-edge and strategic marketing plan. Your goal is to achieve your budgeted occupancy targets. Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community. Implement ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals. Work together with your team to execute events to draw prospects to the community Qualifications:  Qualifications Previous work experience in senior living preferred. Results and goal driven. 4-year Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in marketing & sales, 2+ years required. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of computer systems and programs. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Organization and diligence in creative follow-up prospects.
