Skills and Experience Required • 3–5 years of relevant experience in capital management, corporate treasury, risk management, or a related field. • Knowledge of regulatory capital frameworks and the ability to interpret regulatory requirements, including 12 CFR Part 217, Basel III, G-SIB requirements, and the supplementary leverage ratio (SLR). • Demonstrated ability to independently assess, challenge, and defend regulatory interpretations with senior stakeholders and control functions. • Experience with capital planning and stress testing. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate and defend technical analysis to senior stakeholders and cross-functional audiences. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and sound judgment. • Ability to research and analyze technical regulatory materials and form a view on risk implications. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple evolving projects and priorities. • Proactive and collaborative working style, with the ability to take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution. • Understanding of banking organizations and financial products, with the ability to assess the regulatory capital implications of new transactions and businesses.
