The Planner III develops production plans and schedules to meet customer demands. They also create shop orders and prepare inventory targets based on production plans and schedules. • Prepare inventory targets in concert with production plans • Create shop orders based on the production schedule • Provide data-driven insights during production and operations planning meetings • Plan equipment, material and workforce requirements to meet production schedule • Lead and/or support scheduled planning meetings • Perform critical ERP transactions and prepare special reports on status of production • Develop and maintain production plans based on master schedule demand • Analyze forecasts, inventory levels, and material requirements to ensure operational continuity • Create and close manufacturing jobs and follow up on their status • Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure execution of project plans • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including plan attainment, on-time delivery, and on-time job completion • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and process deviations, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. • Maintain and update planning data in systems such as Kinetic and Power BI • Prepare reports and perform data analysis to support management decision-making • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning processes • Provide guidance and support to junior planners and contribute to the standardization of planning processes • Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and internal procedures throughout the planning process • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field of Study • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline • OR (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree • OR (3) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree
