Job Role – Production Support Analyst (L3) Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid) Experience: 4-8 Years Role Summary Seeking a Production Support Analyst with strong experience in incident management, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and production support for data and analytics platforms. Key Responsibilities • Provide L1/L2 production support and ensure SLA adherence. • Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution. • Manage ServiceNow tickets, changes, and production deployments. • Monitor application health and troubleshoot data/reporting issues. • Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and database teams. • Communicate incident updates and maintain operational documentation. • Support ongoing process improvements and automation initiatives. • Desired Profile • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). • Good understanding of Snowflake, Power BI, and data platforms. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment. Must have Skills: Production Support, ServiceNow, Power BI, Snowflake, Control-M, SnapLogic, Python Good to have Skills: ITIL Certification, AWS Fundamentals, Basic Python, Incident & Problem Management.
