Additionally, demonstrate a collaborative spirit, knowing that we ‘Thrive together’ and support each other’s journeys.” YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for planning and execution of ‘New Product Launch Plan’ ensuring on-time launch as per established goals, while fully aligned with manufacturing plants, Quality team, Third Party vendor, R&D, MSTG, Regulatory & Marketing • The person must enable, identify, record and communicate launch program decisions, issues, risks, mitigation plan and other key aspects of the launch program in a timely and effective manner • NPLR (New Product Launch Requirement) issuance & material planning based on it • Close coordination and follow up for the status of product filing, DCGI / DML permission, Artwork approval, Analytical Method transfer, Tech. transfer, Third party product dossier evaluation, RM-PM procurement, Engineering Procurement, CMO plant audit & Launch batch scheduling • Facilitate for Costing and Margin Working to finalize MRP and GC prior to commercial manufacturing • Manages launch project issues - identifies risk and works with CFT towards risks mitigation and deliverables. Must be able to facilitate discussions and bring about consensus between all stakeholders • Monitors progress, prepares and update project launch dash board for management meetings • Will work directly with the team members or with their team leaders to estimate effort, plan activities and negotiate consensus among individual team members on their appointed tasks • Must have an understanding of relevant methodologies, processes and standards and ensure that all launch project team members understand and follow these Job Requirements Educational Qualification • B.Pharma/ M.Pharm / MBA with Pharma experience Experience • 8-10 years of experience as New Product Launch Manager with a reputed pharmaceutical organization WHO YOU ARE: Skills required include: COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT • Expertise in managing Launch projects • The position requires knowledge of basic product development, regulatory requirements, launch requirement in India and understanding of technical side and project complexities. • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to effectively interact with a broad range of stakeholders • Collaboration and teaming with ability to work in a matrix environment • Big picture orientation with attention to detail • Strategic thinking & sound analytical skills • Result oriented and performance driven Integrity driven decision making skills Your Success Matters to Us At Sun Pharma, your success and well-being are our top priorities!
