Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Will be responsible for resolving internal concerns & ICA for supplier issues 2. Data analysis 3. Daily monitoring of Assembly /User Plan complaints & effectivity of actions 4. Reduction in assembly /User plant concerns by correct root cause analysis & speedy implementation of corrective measure to meet organisation targets 5. Genearte Assembly User Plant Incomming concern MIS & publish report, PPT for higher management 6. Carry out joint investigations in plant to arrive at root cause. 7. Take appropriate actions in association with manufacturing, supplier quality & design & for closure of field & internal concerns 8. Speedy & time bound closure of critical assemby line concerns resulting in line & Quality Loss 9.
