Qualifications for the role • Must have diploma degree specialization- EEE/ECE/Mechanical from 2026 pass out batch. • Strong willingness to learn and develop functional and professional skills in a business environment. • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. • Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within defined timelines. • Basic understanding of documentation, reporting, data handling, quality, and process improvement. • Demonstrates adaptability, integrity, accountability, and a proactive approach to learning and development.
