Responsibilities: • Verify part number and piece count of material being packed. • Ensure product is moved in a safe manner and processed without damage. • Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms, records, and enterprise system. • Examine and inspect items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors. • Compare shipping documents to items received to ensure that shipments are correct. • Determine and use the most appropriate pack materials to prevent damage during transit. • Utilize SAP to determine carrier for shipment and ensure that all carrier specific labels are affixed to the appropriate packages. • Perform all other assigned duties as instructed by management. Education: High School Diploma, GED, or ACT WorkKeys® National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) at the Bronze level or higher. Years of Experience: 0+ years of experience required. Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Applications and SAP.
