You will serve as a key member of the interdisciplinary leadership team and support the development and success of therapy staff. Key Responsibilities • · Lead daily operations of the therapy department, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services. • · Ensure compliance with regulatory, reimbursement, and professional practice standards. • · Monitor clinical outcomes, productivity, patient satisfaction, and quality measures. • · Recruit, mentor, and develop therapy staff to achieve clinical and operational excellence. • · Collaborate with facility leadership, physicians, nursing teams, and other interdisciplinary partners. • · Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and departmental performance initiatives. • · Support census growth, admissions, and strategic rehabilitation programs.Education & Licensure Qualifications • Current and unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), in the state of practice. • Graduate of an accredited therapy program. • Leadership or management experience in a rehabilitation, skilled nursing, post-acute care, home health, or healthcare setting preferred. Preferred Qualifications • Previous experience as a Therapy Director, Rehabilitation Director, Rehab Manager, or Therapy Program Manager. • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation operations, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement models. • Experience managing productivity, staffing, budgets, and quality outcomes. • Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills. • Ability to effectively lead multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
