As a Drive Up & Go Manager, you’ll guide our in‑store online grocery operations and help create a seamless, accurate, and customer‑focused digital shopping experience. This is a fully in‑store, onsite position based inside our retail grocery location. Main responsibilities: • Manage daily eCommerce and online grocery operations, ensuring accurate picking, quality products, and on‑time order fulfillment • Coach, train, and support eCommerce shoppers and store associates • Drive customer satisfaction, order accuracy, and retention metrics • Manage order volume, labor scheduling, and staffing levels • Monitor department KPIs and performance metrics; provide coaching and feedback • Resolve customer issues, order adjustments, and service concerns • Ensure food safety, product quality, and order accuracy standards • Maintain a clean, organized department and communicate with store leadership during peak business periods We are looking for candidates who possess the following: • Soft skills: Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills with a customer‑focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment • Competencies: Experience in retail, grocery, eCommerce, or order fulfillment, with the ability to manage priorities, scheduling, and operational workflows • Knowledge: Knowledge of food safety standards, online grocery fulfillment processes, and customer service best practices • Abilities: Ability to make real‑time decisions, solve problems quickly, lift 25–50 lbs, and work on your feet while motivating a team to meet performance goals • Educational requirements: High School Diploma or GED required • Travel requirements: Occasional travel for training or business needs • Other requirements: Availability for full‑time hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods We also provide a variety of benefits including: • Competitive wages paid weekly · Access to up to 50% of your earned wages before payday, via our partnership with Stream • Associate discounts • Health and financial well-being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k and more!) • Time off (vacation, holidays, sick pay).
