Composite Relationship Manager Agri Business Group (ABG)-Marketing Branches Operations JOB DESCRIPTION • Will be responsible for end-to-end business development, portfolio management, and client servicing. • The role involves sourcing new relationships, managing and growing the existing customer portfolio across Agri, Food Processing, and MSME segments, and offering suitable working capital (fund-based/non-fund-based) and term loan solutions. • To ensure a high standard of customer service while building a strong and sustainable customer base to drive both asset and liability growth. • The role includes identifying and developing channel partners to consistently achieve business targets profitably. • The RM continuous monitoring of accounts is required to ensure adherence to budgets, maintain portfolio hygiene, prevent delinquencies, and ensure timely closure of post-disbursement conditions and security perfection. • The role also involves deepening existing relationships through cross-selling liability and third-party products, while actively collaborating with internal teams such as Credit, Risk, Legal, Technical, RCAD, and GR to effectively meet customer requirements. Graduation
