Define and implement performance test strategies including roadmap, tools, framework and approach across application product teams. Understand and document functional and non-functional testing requirements. Maintain and upgrade performance tools and architecture. Produce test deliverables. Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend infrastructure adjustments. Help define SLAs and ensure the System Under Test (SUT) is able to meet those SLAs. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business, Finance, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post bachelor’s related work experience.
