• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline and fifteen or more years of progressive human resources professional experience or a master’s degree and eleven or more years of human resources professional experience. Additional professional experience or formal training in human resources may be substituted in lieu of education. • Must have at least nine years of experience in leading an OD/Training organization and or directly related experience in a similar capacity. • Master’s degree is strongly preferred. • Proven track record within a reputable multinational organization. • Ability to lead a team and be a strong people leader. • Strong client orientation combined with a proven record of excellent program/project management and stakeholder management. • Consultative and analytical mindset, with the ability to navigate a vast diverse and complex landscape. • Strong background in talent management across a complex and global organization. • Desire to embrace both quantitative and qualitative data/analysis to drive decision-making. • Exceptional interpersonal and public speaking skills to influence and guide all levels of employees. • US Citizenship is required.
