As a key member of our leadership team, you'll oversee the development of mission-critical data collection software solutions for Next Generation Electronic Warfare Systems Products and Solutions. Responsibilities: • Lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and testing data collection software solutions for Next Generation Electronic Warfare Systems Products and Solutions • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including engineering teams, product managers, and customers • Develop and execute development strategies, plans, and processes to ensure high-quality products and solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Systems, Hardware, and Operations Engineers, to ensure alignment and integration of software solutions • Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential and advance in their careers • Manage software development projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies • Foster a culture of transparency, ensuring that all team members have visibility into project goals, objectives, and outcomes • Promote accountability, holding team members responsible for their actions and decisions • Ensure that all software development activities are properly documented and archived, upholding the principle of posterity • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and external stakeholders.
