ORGANIZATIONAL CHART KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership • Framed the behavioral profile as a dynamic manager capable of driving regional and Overall Anchor onboarding growth with added responsibility for driving top-line revenue, net interest income, fee generation, and cost-optimization across the region who will be managing the team size of 10 Business development managers. Income Generation & P&L Management • Explicitly highlights the ability to manage commercial metrics, map corporate working capital cycles, and handle complex ecosystem risks. Manage and mentor • A high-performing team of 5 to Anchor Business Development Managers to achieve regional business targets. • Allocate regional targets, review performance pipelines, and drive sales discipline across the team. Target and acquire large corporate anchors • Provide strategic guidance to the team on structuring complex, high-value SCF deals within the region for Anchor Onboarding PID , Dealer or Channel Financing programs. Program Implementation & Execution • Oversee end-to-end onboarding of anchors, ensuring seamless integration between the corporate's ERP and the bank’s/platform's SCF systems. • Accelerate throughput/utilization of approved limits by ensuring the team effectively onboards the anchor's dealer/vendor network. Portfolio Health & Risk Management • Monitor the credit health of the regional anchor onboarding, tracking early warning signals and past-due accounts with the help of BDM’s. • Collaborate with Credit and Risk teams for smooth underwriting, timely limit renewals, and structuring risk-mitigated programs. Key Performance Indicators • Regional SCF Book Size , Limit Utilization Rate, New Anchor Acquisition, Team Productivity & Portfolio Quality . CXO-Level Anchor Acquisition • Lead high-level engagements and strategic alliances with Tier-1 and Tier-2 Anchor corporates. Drive complex negotiations with CFOs, Treasury Heads, and Procurement Leaders to establish scalable financing ecosystems.
