Job Details: Job Location: Dorada Foods - Ponca City - Ponca City, OK, Salary Range: Undisclosed, POSITION PURPOSE The primary purpose of the Billing Clerk is to provide support to the shipping/receiving team under the direction of the Shipping Supervisor.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Monitor inventory levels and maintain FIFO rotation and inventory accuracy Ensure departmental standards for loading are being met. Utilize multiple computer programs to ship and receive products Maintain an accurate log detailing inbound and outbound shipments. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Intermediate level computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel preferred.  Data Entry and experience with inventory control and processes are a plus as well as any experience in a warehouse environment.  Good communication skills and the ability to multitask are extremely important.   CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS None PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
