We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to help lead our dynamic showroom floor. This is a hands-on sales leadership role where you will continue to build your own sales while taking on additional responsibility for supporting and developing the team.  You will lead by example—excelling in direct guest sales while coaching team members, assisting with closing opportunities, and helping deliver an exceptional guest experience.  You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and Store Manager to drive sales performance, support the team, and help create a positive, competitive, customer-focused showroom environment.  We believe in promoting from within and giving high-performing team members opportunities to take on greater leadership responsibilities as they grow.  You’ll continue to earn through your personal sales while receiving an additional $150 per week for your leadership responsibilities.  About Us  Ashley Furniture is part of Regency Management Services, which operates 75+ locations across Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.
