Job Details: Job Location: Corporate Headquarters - Austin, TX, Salary Range: $60000.00 - $70000.00, The individual in this role is well organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys the challenges of working with a variety of situations, is proactive, resourceful, and efficient.  This role reports directly to the Purchasing Manager and is responsible for supporting the purchasing team.   Key Responsiblities: Responsible for the effective and accruate performance of assigned administrative and purchasing functions. Prepare and issue purchase orders, solicit bid proposals, receive quotes, review requisitions for goods and services. Manage the shipping, delivery, and receiving process from placing the order all the way through final payment. Responsible for accurate and timely payment to suppliers. Develop and maintain reports/metrics on purchase order process. Timely data entry in purchasing system for tracking special projects, small projects, and miscellaneous Capex projects. Take ownership and track specific projects from initaitve to closeout.  Examples- RFID, HSIA, Bed replacements, TV replacements, ADA upgrades, etc. Effectively manage multiple and competing priorities and timelines. Qualifications: Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Must be organized and detail oriented Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, as well as, to accept direction on given assignments. Possess strong mathematical and data entry skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs, and work collectively within a team environment. Familiarity working with multiple inter-departmental partners. 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced, dynamic environment. Education/Certification: College degree preferred in business-related area.  Job-related experience may be considered in lieu of education. Compensation:  Base salary range: $60k-$70k annually + bonus+ equity
