Hydraulic System Engineer - Filtration • Lead the development and optimization of hydraulic systems for filtration equipment, including Filter Presses, Vertical Filters, HBF, Drum Filters, and Disc Filters, ensuring quality, cost, and performance targets are met. • Develop hydraulic schematics, power unit and manifold layouts, and complete system designs, including product customization. • Select hydraulic components based on load, flow, and pressure requirements; perform system sizing and calculations, and prepare bills of materials (BOMs). • Conduct testing and validation at supplier and customer sites, and provide technical support for troubleshooting hydraulic issues. • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of hydraulic systems. • Support global and regional engineering requirements while ensuring compliance with FLS guidelines and standards. • Actively contribute to team objectives and travel to customer and supplier sites for technical discussions, inspections, and troubleshooting as required. What you bring • 10–12 years of overall professional experience. • Knowledge and skills with IT tools like Solidworks and Autocad is expected.
