Job Details: Job Location: Shepherd Church - Porter Ranch, CA, Salary Range: $50.00 - $50.00Commission, Mission:  The Weekend Tear Down Team Member is responsible for helping complete the safe teardown of the East Valley campus following weekend services. Responsibilities:  Participate directly in all major teardown responsibilities.  Help guide and work alongside volunteers.  Assist with the stage, floor covering, equipment, and other designated teardown projects.  Help ensure equipment is properly handled and stored.  Support the Tear Down Lead in completing the full campus teardown checklist.  Additional Responsibilities – Additional tasks and responsibilities to be added according to the employee’s development and as needed to fulfill the needs and objectives of Shepherd Church.  Staff Expectations:  Engaged at Shepherd: All Shepherd Staff must be baptized Christ-followers and:   Attend a weekly Shepherd service in-person (with your spouse, if married)  Be connected to a group  Attend Next Steps class during first 12 months  Practice generosity through tithing  Commitment to our Staff Values:  Consistent Character – We will do what’s right even when it’s difficult.  Healthy Living – We invest in ourselves so that we can love God and love people well.  Radical Responsibility – We fully own the part we play and the impact it has on others.  Trust Builders – We strive to respect others with our words and actions.  All-In for Shepherd – We are sold out to lifting up Jesus so that all might believe!  Adhere to all policies and procedures as stated in the Shepherd Church Staff Playbook and Employee Handbook.   Heavy lift (70 lbs.) and must wear safety gear (provided if needed) and wear appropriate shoes.    Work Hours, Employee Status and Pay   Required Work Hours: Sundays after service   Qualifications:
