Sween is seeking an experienced Distribution Supervisor to lead our second-shift delivery operation. What You’ll Do • Lead daily delivery operations: Coordinate Leads and Drivers to meet on-time delivery standards and key performance goals. • Develop your team: Coach employees and oversee new-driver field training, ongoing safety training, equipment handling, and customer service. • Champion safety: Enforce DOT requirements and company safety policies to reduce vehicle incidents and workplace injuries. • Maintain food safety: Uphold HACCP, applicable food safety requirements, and company standards; support customer audits. • Resolve problems: Address delivery challenges and customer concerns promptly, conduct store audits, and build strong relationships with store personnel. What You’ll Bring • 3–5 years of supervisory experience managing teams and daily operations, including experience in delivery or logistics. • Previous driving and customer service experience. • A valid CDL . • Effective communication, sound judgment, and basic Microsoft Office skills. • At least 21 years of age. • Ability to pass a physical exam, drug screening, and background check and obtain a DOT Medical Card. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repetitively and push or pull up to 300 pounds using a four-wheel dolly or drag hook.
